YogaVeda Living is run by David Collins and Paula Herbert. Between them, they have over forty years of expertise teaching Yoga. Their goal is to help people cope with the stresses and pressures of modern life, using the great wisdom traditions of both Yoga and Ayurveda.
David and Paula are passionate about teaching others to achieve their full potential in all areas of their lives, and they do this through making these teachings very accessible. Their classes, courses, workshops and programs motivate people to integrate practical techniques into daily routines to develop balance in their personal and professional lives.

Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences. They complement each other beautifully. It doesn’t really make sense to practice one without the other. Yoga practices help us to keep the body healthy, to calm the mind and to discover the essence of who we really are.
Ayurveda supports this through helping us to understand ourselves and our innate tendencies and predispositions, helping us to put diet and lifestyle routines in place to maintain balance and support our Yoga practice.
