BUILD THE MIRACLE DAILY

This course is for everyone who thinks they don’t have time to do Yoga. Did you know that there are 72 twenty-minute periods in each day. The challenge is to take just one of these and use it to practice Yoga.

I designed this 28-Day Yoga Course with the specific goal of helping people prove to themselves that it is possible to practise Yoga on a daily basis; that they do have enough time, and that the benefits that they can get from consistent, short daily practices are profound.

The course is also a genuinely comprehensive Yoga course, comprising Yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation techniques and deep relaxations.

It presents an opportunity to establish a routine of practice which is sustainable and provides the student with the best self-care tools possible. People have been benefitting from these techniques for thousands of years, and now is your chance to join them!

The miracle is not the course itself, but rather the positive effect that the consistent practice of Yoga brings. Mitigating the effects of stress is the key benefit, which in turn lowers the risk of the chronic illnesses: cardiovascular disease, cancer, neurodegenerative and autoimmune diseases, metabolic syndrome, diabetes and cognitive impairment. If we practice continuously and support our practice with a healthy diet and lifestyle, we can look forward to a life of real quality. Health and well-being are in our own hands. Start with 20-minutes a day and build the miracle daily.

REVIEWS

“For anyone who wants to build a regular yoga practice into their everyday life, I recommend that you take ‘The 20-minutes – Miracle Yoga Course’! It’s a super mix of asanas (postures), breathing and meditation under the great guidance of David. He shows, with his calm, quiet and motivating way that 20-minutes every day really can be transformative”
– Annika Loos, Germany.
“This really is a beautiful thing…!
Sometimes less is more and that is especially true here. Doing something positive for body and mind on a regular basis is so important, but not always easy – or so we often tell ourselves. This great program makes it possible, calmly and quietly, wherever we are, and at whatever time suits us, to do just that. Yoga for everyday life: 28 days with different content for body, breath and mind… Postures for the whole body – divided into three areas (Hips/Legs, Shoulders/Arms, Spine/Core) – with one practice each week dedicated to each area. Then, get to know and consciously build a Breathing (pranayama) and a Meditation Practice. For the first 6 days each week, practice these wonderfully effective techniques, alternating every second day with the posture practices. And then on day 7: Yoga Nidra – Deep relaxation. I have been enjoying a regular yoga practice for a long time now, and it was a great pleasure for me to take part in this balanced and well-thought-out course. It is precisely explained, easy to understand and warm (you can just tell David Collins’ great expertise and love for yoga). It did me good to feel really present and aware for these 20 minutes each day.
In short: a twenty-minute miracle! Thanks, David.”
– Maren Kleiss, Germany
“I couldn’t recommend this course highly enough. If you have tried yoga in the past and would like to give it another go, this course is for you. If you have had a yoga practice and have lapsed, this course is for you. If you are a complete beginner and would like to try yoga for the first time, this course is for you.
We all know, and science has now proven, the benefits yoga brings to all aspects of our lives both physical and mental. David’s wealth of knowledge, accumulated over more than 20 years of study, teaching, and lived yoga experience is phenomenal. He will take you from the beginning and help you build a strong, but most importantly, sustainable, daily, yoga practice, from asana through to breathing practices and meditation. And the beauty of this course is that you are committing to a mere 20 minutes. 20 minutes that will set the tone for the remaining 23 hours and 40 minutes of your day. To have access to David’s teaching through this on-line course truly is a gift you’ll be thankful you gave yourself.”
– Elaine Sheehan, Waterford, Ireland

COURSE STRUCTURE

The 28-day course is divided into 4 weeks of 7 daily 20-min practices. Each set of 7-days is organised as follows:

DAY 1 – Postures for Hips and Legs
DAY 2 – Breathing and Mediation Practices
DAY 3 – Postures for Shoulders and Arms
DAY 4 – Breathing and Mediation Practices
DAY 5 – Postures for Spine and core
DAY 6 – Breathing and Mediation Practices
DAY 7 – Yoga Nidra Deep Relaxation Practice

Each practice is approx. 20 minutes long and each new 7-day set of classes builds on the previous week, allowing the student a graduated progression in both the strengthening and opening of the body, and the familiarity with the breathing and meditation techniques.

NOTE: This makes it important that no class is skipped. If you do miss a day, start again with the next practice in the sequence.
Each 7-day set ends with a guided deep relaxation.

DAVID SAYS

“I have been practising Yoga for 36 years and teaching for 30. I have studied with many great teachers, both here and in India and I bring all my experience to bear in this course. I have made it very simply, recording it myself at home, in my own practice space, so that the students can see that you don’t need lots of room, a big studio, or even lots of time to be able to benefit from Yoga. You just need commitment, heart and attention, and the determination to do a little every day. When practice becomes as routine in your life as washing your teeth, then the miracle begins to be felt. Just 20 minutes daily! Take on the challenge and experience it for yourself!”
