Both Paula and David are available for private Yoga classes both in-person at the studio or online if you prefer. For a beginner, a private is a great way to get your Yoga journey off to the best possible start. For those more experienced practitioners, a private class is a wonderful way to refine and develop your existing practice and move it to the next level.
The benefits of a private class
If you are new to Yoga, starting with a private class will give you a really solid foundation on which to build a practice, and prepare you to attend regular classes with confidence. If you are an existing practitioner, a one-to-one class is an ideal way to refine and evolve your practice. Small changes can yield big results.
Recovering from injury or have a health concern?
Private classes are a great option to help you recover from injury or address a particular health concern. A one-to-one allows us to fully assess where you are at and put together a specific therapeutic Yoga programme. You can then attend our YV Method™ Flexibility and Balance group classes where we can oversee your practice and modify it as your recovery progresses.
