Our YogaVeda Living Course will support you to fully embrace all aspects of your life over the next 10 months. In this practical course, we use key principles from Yoga and Ayurveda, and most importantly we guide and mentor you so that you have the tools for success in all areas of your life. If you are ready to achieve your highest potential and are willing to do the work (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually), this course is for you. During the 10 months, we condense everything that we have learnt (that's 40 years of practice and teaching between the two of us) and we share it all with you.

This is our personal experience
For more than 20 years now, we have worked to deepen our understanding and practical experience of holistic living based on Yoga and Ayurveda. We have implemented key principles and practices that we have learnt over this time, which relate to diet, exercise, work, relaxation and sleep, into our own daily routines and the results have been amazing for us. Now, through the YogaVeda Living Course, we want to share these skills with you, so that you too can lean into your full potential – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. On this 10-month YogaVeda Living Course journey, you can change your life to incorporate:
1 Healthy early morning routines to set the tone for your day
2 Nurturing routines to set you up for restful sleep at night
3 Healthy eating routines and food choices for your constitutional type
5 Building your Immunity and vitality
6 Caring for your sense organs
7 Morning movement practices to clear stagnation
8 Connecting with the five elements and your subtle energy body
9 Balancing breathwork
10 Deep relaxation and meditation

you can do this!
The YogaVeda Living course is suitable for all, and the principles we teach are not complicated – whatever your background, it will meet you wherever you are at. It is suitable for those of you who are new to these practices but would like to implement significant life changes. It is also suitable for more experienced practitioners, including Yoga teachers, who are ready to take their daily routines and self-care to the next level.
So, how can you make changes, commit to them and fully integrate them into your life, long term? Firstly, this can only work if you make the decision that you are willing to change, and you take the positive steps to create improvement in your life. Secondly, you need to see results. Once you see the positive changes, the motivation is there to continue on this path. With support, the first part of the process is much easier and that makes the second achievable.
We have structured the YogaVeda Living course to facilitate just that – a framework based on community and inspiration that will support you in achieving lasting (rather than fleeting) positive change.
Andrea McNamara (Mum of 2 and Business Owner)
This time last year (Summer 2021) I was suffering from stress and anxiety, to the extent that some days I was unable to do anything more than the most necessary actions to get through the day. I came across Paula’s Yogaveda Living program. It appeared to offer a lot of answers that could help me with my emotional rollercoaster. The program is divided into 3 terms, each term covering 10 topics, which are delved into deeper and deeper with each term. Working through each topic, the course has given me concrete structure and techniques for literally all aspects of life, ensuring physical, mental and spiritual well-being. I truly feel like a different person a year later having completed the program. I have so many tools in my toolbox now that anxiety and stress are easily dealt with and dispersed. Paula is a lovely teacher, patient, kind, and full of amazing information I would never come across by myself. I can highly recommend Yogaveda Living to anyone who is struggling in any aspect of life. I’m so glad that I signed up. You should too.

The Ayurveda course run by Paula and David from YogaVeda Living should not be missed. A safe, nurturing environment designed to encourage, stimulate and promote whatever it is you wish to pursue. Our little on-line group is facilitated gently and with great compassion by the luminous Paula. The best thing, in my view, to come out of this world pandemic, I highly recommend the course and the journey.

By chance, I saw Paula had a post on Instagram earlier this year about their YogaVeda Living course. Attending their yoga classes several years ago I had been a past pupil of Paula and David. Having first hand experience of their attention to detail I decided to sign up for the course, I am so glad that I did. However, the amazing content of this course has exceeded all my expectations. If you want to lean into your full potential physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually as Paula and David say, then this is the course for you. Like most things in life it came my way at the right time. I couldn't recommend it highly enough and I don't think you will be disappointed if you sign up for this excellent course."

Maren Kleiss (Yoga Teacher and Wellbeing Coach)
After a year of the YogaVeda Living Course I can say that many areas of my life have changed for the better and have regained balance. Paula and David accompanied me in order to find out what is important to me personally and what works for me. Ayurveda and Yoga make it possible to find suitable routines for body and mind and to live life in harmony with nature. The way in which this teaching, (which is thousands of years old), is structured and conveyed is optimally tailored to each individual participant. This again shows the great and extensive knowledge of both Paula and David, who above all, have great empathy and appreciation for each individual.

I took the YogaVeda Living Course with Paula in 2021 and highly recommend her as an inspiring teacher and knowledge provider. I learnt so much about myself, my body and wellbeing techniques as well as developing new routines, practices and rituals to take care of myself. Paula provided clear concise materials, videos and instruction which I now regularly refer to. I would recommend Paula as a practitioner of Ayurveda, a wellbeing coach, a yoga instructor and a teacher.

Sarah Devonport (Mum of 3, Architect, Yoga Teacher)
I was initially undecided about whether to enroll the YVL course even though I was immediately drawn to it. Mainly because I already had a number of the practices in my daily routine and had completed a couple of detoxes, which in themselves I would recommend, I was wondering what else the course could offer. In the end I decided to take the plunge and I am so glad that I did. It helped me to integrate more practices into my daily routine and deepen others with greater understanding and awareness. The group setting is very supportive and the individual work makes it available to everyone no matter what you are looking for or hoping to achieve. Every topic was discussed from general well being, specific health issues to where I felt life was taking me and how I could instigate change. Paula is an amazing teacher, with so much knowledge and understanding. I really can not recommend the course enough.

One to one mentoring sessions each month to determine your goals and see where you are at. (10 individual sessions - either in-person at the studio or online via zoom)
All YogaVeda Living Course support materials (you can download these and keep them for the future) summarising each weekly theme sent via email after each Group meeting.

Two Detox Programs: One detox in Autumn and one in Spring. These are the best times of the year to detox in Ayurveda. At YogaVeda Living, we have created our own 9 day detox program (based on Ayurvedic principles). We will support you through these 9 days (3 days prep, 3 days detox and 3 days post-detox.) You will be sent all the information on recipes and required ingredients (note that the ingredients are not included in the price of the course but the food is very inexpensive). When a group participates in a cleanse like this, the results can be very powerful – it can also be much more fun! The support of the group is also very effective when detoxing, as it can be tough if you are attempting this alone. To read more about Ayurvedic detoxing CLICK HERE
