Our YogaVeda Living Course will support you in embracing 2022 as a year of conscious living. In this practical course, using key principles from Yoga and Ayurveda, we will guide you for through the year, mentoring you to set yourself up for success in all areas of your life, helping you to achieve your highest potential. If you are looking to make significant changes in your daily life, this course is for you. During the course , we will support you in integrating ten key principles from Yoga and Ayurveda into your daily routine.

For more than 20 years now, we have worked to deepen our understanding and practical experience of holistic living based on Yoga and Ayurveda. We have implemented key principles and practices that we have learnt over this time, which relate to diet, exercise, work, relaxation and sleep, into our own daily routines and the results have been amazing for us. Now we want to share this wisdom with you, so that you too can lean into your full potential – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

This course is suitable for all, and the principles we teach are not complicated – whatever your background, it will meet you wherever you are at. It is suitable for those of you who are new to these practices but would like to implement significant life changes. It is also suitable for more experienced practitioners, including Yoga teachers, who are ready to take their daily routines and self-care to the next level.

So, how can you make changes, commit to them and fully integrate them into your life, long term? Firstly, this can only work if you make the decision that you are willing to change, and you take the positive steps to create improvement in your life. Secondly, you need to see results. Once you see the positive changes, the motivation is there to continue on this path. With support, the first part of the process is much easier and that makes the second achievable.

We have structured the YogaVeda Living course to facilitate just that – a framework based on community and inspiration that will support you in achieving lasting (rather than fleeting) positive change.

how our course is structured

There are three modules in the course. Each module consists of 10 weeks, broken down as follows:

what is included

One Weekly Group Coaching call via Zoom (90 mins) to present and discuss each weekly theme – recorded if you miss it – (in total 30 group calls)

One to one sessions each month to determine your goals and see where you are at. (12 individual coaching calls over the course of the year)

Support materials summarising each weekly theme sent via email after each Group Call.

Worksheets, Pre-recorded videos and notes in PDF, as well as Group Call recordings.

Two Detox Programs: One detox in Spring and one detox in Autumn. These are the best times of the year to detox in Ayurveda. At YogaVeda Living, we have created our own 9 day detox program. We will support the whole group to do a simple detox (based on Ayurvedic principles) together for 9 days – 3 days prep, 3 days detox and 3 days post-detox. You will be sent all the information on recipes and required ingredients (note that the ingredients are not included in the price of the course but the food is very inexpensive). When a group participates in a cleanse like this, the results can be very powerful – it can also be much more fun! The support of the group is also very effective when detoxing, as it can be tough if you are attempting this alone.

This course is about investing to set yourself up for success in all aspects of life. The fee is €2,995, payable in full, in advance of the course start date.

Important: The course fee is non-transferable (either to another person or another course/year) and non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by organisers.

Once the fee is paid, there can be no refunds of all or any of the fee, whether or not a student completes the course.

course date and times

One to one calls will start in the week preceding someone joining the course (date/time for these calls will be confirmed with each individual to ensure that times work for you), and will take place once every 4 weeks thereafter. The course comprises three successive 10-week modules, and participants can join the course at the beginning of any module. The dates of the modules in 2022 are listed below.

Group calls will take place on Tuesdays from 6pm – 7:30pm (Irish time)
