The Pranayama masterclass will cover:

  5. Letting go into the Present. Chanting and relaxation techniques to soothe the spirit. 

  • Discover how to create a life of greater joy and tranquillity, improved vitality and feeling of health and well-being by embracing the simple practices of Yoga.
  • Understand how to embrace living in the present and experience the release from stress, anxiety and depression that results.
  • Feel the support and benefit of practising in a community and enjoy three days of restorative, rejuvenating practices.

All of the topics which Sudhir will cover during the workshop are inspired by the wisdom texts of Yoga, including Bhagavad Gita, Hatha Pradipika, Patanjala Yoga Sutra and the Upanishads.
