We are very excited to launch a new workshop series. It will be wonderful to connect with you in person again. The first workshop (see below) will have just places and is for women over 40.

We will explore the key recommendations from Ayurveda on the three pillars of health - appropriate nourishment, lifestyle and stress management. Although these three sound simple, they can be truly life-changing when optimised for our constitution.
